Title: Improving clinical practice quality of nursing undergraduates by multi-methods
Abstract: The author dissertated the links that affected clinical practice quality of nursing undergraduates. Some advices were put forward about diathesis request of clinical nursing teachers: enhancing professional knowledge and educational theory study; improving nursing research ability; and being a good model for students. Meanwhile, the author summarized the factors which affected clinical role transform of nursing undergraduates and suggested: enhancing pre-practice training; promoting nursing students’ enthusiasm; establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship; constructing a good clinical learning environment in which all nurses were aware of their models for students. The author also dissertated the countermeasures of establishing sound and effective management system as follows: carrying out appointment system of nursing teachers; collecting feedback of teaching-learning process well.
