Title: Genetic Diversity Analysis of High-protein Soybean Varieties Based on SSR Markers
Abstract: Genetic diversity of 80 high-protein soybeans varieties from China were analyzed by using 47 pairs of SSR primer. The results showed that 309 alleles were produced by 47 pairs of SSR primer. The average allelic richness of polymorphic loci was 6.57.The index of genetic diversity ranged from 0.2796 to 0.8694 with an average value of 0.6390.The genetic similarity coefficients among all high protein varieties ranged from 0.102 to 0.150.It indicated that there actually existed suf-ficient genetic diversity among the high protein varieties.Cluster analysis results showed that 80 materials were classified into 5 groups by using the UPGMA method according to the genetic similarity coefficients, and the cluster pattern was correlated with the geographical distribution of the high protein soybean varieties to some degree.
