Title: Etiology and Efficacy in Children with Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemor-rhage
Abstract: Objective To investigate the cause of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in children as well as its treatment efficacy. Methods 60 children with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to hospital between May 2012 and June2013 were given different treatment following etiological analysis. Results The main causes included cerebral arteriovenous malformations and hematopathy. After treatment, 78.26% patients were cured, 17.39% were improved, and 4.35% died. The recurrence rate was 10.86%. Conclusion Among the causes of intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral arteriovenous malformations and hematopathy were the mean two, and this disease should be detected and treated early.
