Title: Analysis of Test Method for Natural Frequency and Vibration Mode of Turbine Blade
Abstract: Static frequency and vibration mode of turbine blade were tested by LMS system.To the single turbine blade,compared the relative experimental test results with numerical conclusion,both are consistent.Analyzing model and turbine blade model of turbine blade were of good accuracy,and the finite element calculation was used to validate the method.The results showed that the blade natural frequency disperse was increased by after assembling,,so the turbine blade of fixing force for the assembly process was controlled,if the controlling of fixing force was difficult to realize,the turbine blade natural frequency was tested by after assembling and make its performance reach the design requirements.It can provide theoretical basis for redesign of the blade.
