Title: Effectiveness of Integrated Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment and Constructed Wetland for Treating Domestic Wastewater
Abstract: Based on the lab scale experiment, this paper studies the effectiveness of an integrated sewage treatment system of constructed wetland process with chemically enhanced primary treatment as the pre-treatment,particular concerns being given to testing a self-prepared low-cost substitute coagulant. The system as a whole can remove more than 85% of COD and a pretty more TP,but poor in removing of NH3-N about 10%,depending on growth of the plant in the wetland.
