Title: Clinical analysis and treatment of 65 cases patients with gynecological massive hemorrhage
Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of arterial embolization iatrotechnics for treating abstetrics hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-five obstetrics patients which were ineffective by using conservative treatment were undergone uterine artery stereography and embolization,and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Vaginal bleeding of 62 obstetrics patients were controled in half an hour by arterial embolization iatrotechnics,and were stopped within two weeks without severe complications.The other two cases failed,and the success rate was 97%.Conclusion The arterial embolization is safe,effective in treating or preventing obstetrics hemorrhagic diseases,and can retain reproductive ability for young patients,and is the first scheme for treating obstetrics hemorrhage.
