Title: Calculation of condenser heat transfer coefficient and analysis of the influence of air content and scale on condenser vacuum
Abstract: The method of separate section calculating method which was used to analyze the influence of air content and scale on condenser heat transfer coefficient was presented.Characters of several calculating methods of condenser heat transfer coefficient were listed.The effects of air content and scale on condenser heat transfer and condenser vacuum were analyzed with this method.The obvious influence of air on condenser heat transfer coefficient and condenser vacuum appears when air content is less than 0.5%,and the degree of influence of air content decreases along with the increase of air content.The influence of the scale on condenser heat transfer coefficient and condenser vacuum is linear with the thickness of the scale.
