Title: Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform Method on the Theory Teaching of Food Microbiology
Abstract: Food microbiology is one of the basic curriculums in the field of life science; it is the required course of food science and engineering, food quality and safety and dairy engineering. In this study, the reform of theory teaching method was explored and practiced in order to meet the needs of the innovative talents cultivation in the 21st century.Study interest of students was stimulated by the reform of course content and teaching mode, and so on. By doing this,the understanding and mastery of students for the basic theory knowledge of this course were enhanced and the teaching quality was improved.
