Title: Progress in the research of ionic conductive property for nanoanion conductors
Abstract: Introduced were the applications of nano-technology in the fabrication and conductive property research of oxide (oxygen) ionic conductors and fluoride (fluorine) ionic conductors. The densification temperature of nanosize oxide in sintering process is decreased by 50~200 ℃. The ionic conductivity of the final product can be as high as 10–1 S·cm–1 and the grain size can be smaller than 1 μm. Nanosize fluoride ionic conductors exhibit obvious nanosize effects. The activation energy for ionic conductivity of nanosize fluoride ionic conductors can be 30% lower than that of the traditional coarse crystalline fluoride, and the ionic conductivity is increased by 1~2 orders of magnitude.
