Title: 64 Row Helical CT Angiography In Head And Neck Vascular Lesions In The Diagnostic Analysis
Abstract: Objective 64 row spiral CT angiography (CTA) in head and neck vascular lesions in clinical diagnosis application value. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 27 cases of 64 row helical CT angiography in patients with clinical data, the scanned data in the workstation using different processing technique for vascular reconstruction. Results 27 cases of64row helical CT angiography in patients with CTA, found that normal examination results in 4 cases,23 cases were abnormal, one side full uniform thin vertebral artery in 11 cases, the artery origin variation in 7 cases,5 cases of intracranial aneurysm. There were42segment artery stenosis, wherein the artery with mild stenosis12, moderate stenosis (28.6%),moderate stenosis 16 segments (38.1%),severe stenosis 9 segments (21.4%), total occlusion in 5 segments (11.9%) total occlusion. After processing the image quality was excellent in 23 cases(85.2%), good in 2 cases (7.4%),poor in 2 cases(7.4%), after processing the image quality the excellent and good rate was 92.6%. Conclusion 64 slice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of head and neck vascular disease has important clinical value, can be intuitive, stereoscopic display vascular and can use various kinds of advanced technology on the vessel were analyzed, providing scientific basis for the clinical treatment of. Therefore, can be used as a safe and effective method of examination in clinical further to promote the use of.
