Title: The Transmutation and Reflection on the Value Orientation of Chinese Teacher Education Policy in Thirty Years
Abstract: Education is the core of fundamental importance to last for generations while teacher is the core for the education cause.Teacher education is an essential annulus to strengthen the development of teachers,as well as an important guarantee to promote the education for all-round development and the equal access to education.Since the reform and opening up,China has promulgated a number of important policies on teacher education.The review of the three-decade Chinese teacher education policies can not only make us understand the changing course of our teacher education policy but also clearly show us the changing track of its value orientation,helping us to find out the existing problems and disadvantages,such as the reduction and generalization on normal education,the absence of subjectivity of teacher education,and the demands on the fairness of teacher education.With the revelation and reflection on these questions,we can objectively understand the advantages and disadvantages of teacher education policy,and simultaneously can also provide important theoretical practical references for the implementation of future education policies at the national level.
