Abstract:According to the principle of uncertainty theory in new generation geometrical product specification(GPS),a novel method for the uncertainty evaluation of straightness errors is proposed.Under the con...According to the principle of uncertainty theory in new generation geometrical product specification(GPS),a novel method for the uncertainty evaluation of straightness errors is proposed.Under the condition of minimum zone, the mathematical model of the straightness error and the optimal objective function are given.The particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to search for the optimal solution of straightness error.The coefficients of the line equation and propagation of uncertainty are calculated so that the result of straightness error evaluation and the uncertainty of the result can be obtained.In this method the association operator in new generation GPS is applied and the PSO algorithm has fast congruence speed and calculating precision.The evaluation results are more accurate and meet requirements of new generation GPS standard.It also indicates that this method can improve the integrity and veracity of verification.Read More
