Title: Design of Mill Automatic Gauge Control System Based on the Fuzzy Self-adjusting PID Controller
Abstract: Aimed at time lag,time change,big inertia,nonlinearity problems and the difficulty of PID controller parameters adjusting,the combination of PID control and fuzzy control was put forward and a fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller was built through the rules of fuzzy control,the three parameters of PID controller can be adjusted adaptively online.The results of Matlab simulation show that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve,short response time,small overshoot,high steady state behavior,good dynamic and static performance by comparing with the traditional PID controller.
