Title: Study on the Effect of Visual Endotracheal Tube Intubation for Neck Trauma Operation
Abstract: Objective:To explore effect of the visual trachea catheter intubation for neck trauma operation.Method:In our hospital 76 cases of neck trauma operation were selected, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 38 cases in each group, the experimental group was treated with visual endotracheal intubation, the control group was treated with ordinary reinforcing intubation. The intubation time, intubation time, intubation, intubation in vital signs of patients with complications and catheter placement the ventilation effect were compared of the two group.Result:All the patients were in stable vital signs, no complications, indwelling catheter after the ventilation effect is good. The vital signs of the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05); the catheterization time in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the one-time success rate of intubation wassignificantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Visual trachea catheter for neck trauma operation intubation with satisfactory effect, help to improve the success rate of intubation in patients with disposable, reduce intubation time.
