Abstract: There are ten relationships in current Chinese cuisine culture study,which are listed as follows,the relationships between scientific spirit and humanistic spirit,ancient tradition and modern renovation,absorption of foreign culture and preservation of ethnic characteristics,the refined and the popular,theory and practice,the worsening delicate environment and the ever increasing need of food,Han majority and minorities,culinary practice and food engineering,social catering and household dieting and loyal and law-abiding business and legal profit.Correct understanding of the ten relationships will be a guiding line for the later research work in domestic cuisine culture.
