Title: Application of Rotational DSA Technique in Cerebral Angiography
Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical values of rotational digital subtraction angiography in diagnosis of intracranial vascular diseases.MethodsRotational and conventional DSA were performed in 15 patients with suspected intracranial vascular diseases. The hemodynamics and the routine images were evaluated.ResultsDiseases were showed on both Rotational DSA and conventional DSA. But conventional DSA could not show the feeding arteries clearly in one aneurysms case and another atrery-vein malformation.ConclusionQualities of images in conventional DSA are better than rotational DSA. But dynamic images of rotational DSA are good, providing great value in diagnosing and treating of intracranial vascular diseases.
