Title: TCM Retention Enema for Ulcerative Colitis Patients and Its Nursing Intervention
Abstract: Objective :To observe the effect of retention enema to treat ulcerative colitis. Methods :68 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group(36 cases)and the control group(32 patients). The observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction retention enema,while the control group used Western medicine retention enema every night for two courses of treatment time. Results :In the observation group,19 cases were cured,15 cases improved,the total effective rate was 94.4%. In the control group,9 cases were cured,14 cases improved,the total effective rate was 71.9%. The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion :Chinese medicine retention enema has few side effects when treating ulcerative colitis,combined with reasonable care intervention,there is a significant effect.
