Title: Analysis of Genetic Relationship of Wild Cymbidium in Hainan by Using SRAP
Abstract: In this research,sequence-related amplified polymorphisms(SRAP)molecular markers was used to detect the genetic diversity and relationship among 8 cymbidium species in Hainan. The result showed 195 polymorphic bands were generated by 20 SRAP primer combinations selected from 30 ones.9.75 polymorphic bands were generated by each primer combination on average.UPGMA cluster analysis indicated that the germplasms were divided into 4 clusters based on SRAP marker, clusterⅠwas composed of C.dayanum;clusterⅡincluded C.aloifolium;cluster Ⅲ was composed of C.floribundum and C.eburneum,C.kanran,C.ensifolium,C.sinense and C.lancifolium belonged to cluster Ⅳ.The result showed approximate consistency to the traditional morphological classification,in addition, the research could offer reference to identification and phylogenetic classification of cymbidium species.
