Title: Effect of Different N Levels on the Content of Nitrat in Three Leafy Vegetables
Abstract: The results showed that:①Based on nitrate content in different organs of 4 nitrogen concentration,Chinese cabbage was: petiole(stem) leafroot;spinach performance was:rootpetioleleaf;lettuce was:N concentration ≤15 mmol/L,petiole(stem) root leaf,N concentrations ≥20 mmol/L,petiole,rootleaf.②The petiole of Chinese cabbage was the major venues accumulated nitrate,spinach's nitrate accumulation in the root was the highest in the whole plant.③In the N concentration ≤5 mmol/L,NO3-content in Chinese cabbage's leaves was spinach's 6.7 times,lettuce's 4.6 times;NO3-content in Chinese cabbage's petiole was spinach's 6.2 times,lettuce's 2.1 times ④ Chinese cabbage had the highest NO3-content for the 14th days.For the 14th to 21st days,the nitrate content of spinach trended to upward,and the lettuce nitrate content was decreased.
