Title: New Teacher Training Based on the Training Design Process for Vocational Colleges
Abstract: In developing new teacher-training programs for higher vocational colleges,we should break away from the traditional training model,which is based on desciplines,and follow a scientific design process,which is based on new teachers'task analysis and a reasonable assessment of the training needs.In addition,we should also try hard to create an environment conducive to learning and scientifically assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
