Title: Study on the Liver Transplanted Tumor of Mouse and its Lymphatic Vessels
Abstract: Objective Observe the expression of immunohistochemical staining marker, podoplanin, and enzyme histochemical to explore the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis. Methods H22 cells were inoculated under the skin of groin of KM mice.Tumor tissue and periphery normal tissue were obtained after 20 days of inoculation.HE staining was used to observe the development of tumor.Podoplanin immunohistochemical staining and 5'-Nase-ALPase double staining were performed at the same time to observe lymphatic vessel. Results The obvious mass can be seen under the groin of the mice in 20 days.In periphery region of carcinoma, the brown lymphatic capillaries and vessels can be found.with big cavity and, thin wall and irregular type. Conclusion The lymphatic vessel in periphery region of transplanted tumor increase, conjecture cancer cell lymphatic metastasis is correlated with lymphatic vessel density and expansion.
