Title: A study of cerebrovascular disease by 64-slice spiral CTA
Abstract: Objective:To study the best phase and method in cerebral arterial angiography(CTA) of cerebrovascular disease by 64-slice spiral CT and optimize imaging by post-processing,in order to providing the credible basis in CTA of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:CTA with Sensation 64-slice spiral CT was performed in 38 cases suspected with subarachnoid hemorrhage and AVM.Combination of bolus track method and contrast-concentration of cervical artery in supervision by eyes was used for CTA.The source imagings were processed with 4D-post-processing software and auto-track spring software(Bolus software) in post-processing station.Results:Thirty-four patients is positive according to the diagnosis critera and 3 cases negative,1 case is positive after delay-compensate scanning.Six cases with DSA were done,5 of them is positive and 1 case with aneurysm is not positive in DSA but positive with CTA later.Positive rate in CTA is 83.3% in our group. Conclusion:CTA performed by combination of bolus track method and contrast-concentration of cervical artery in supervision by eyes could accurately demonstrate cerebrovascular imagings, which should be the routine method in examination of cerebrovascular diseases.
