Title: Study on the Decolorization Effects of Schizophyllum commune on Congo Red
Abstract: [Objective] The research aimed to study the decolorization effects of Schizophyllum commune on Congo red.[Method] The concentration of Mn2+ in N-limited submerged culture was controlled to obtain LiP,MnP and LiP-MnP created by Schizophyllum commune. The decolorization effects of Schizophyllum commune on Congo red dye were studied.[Result] The results indicated that during the degradation process of LiP,MnP and LiP-MnP crude enzyme removing 4 concentrations of Congo red in 1 h,35 mg/L Congo red degradation effect was better, the highest decolorization rate could reach 24.77%,20.31% and 23.47%,respectively.The cultures of LiP,MnP and LiP-MnP had obvious decolorization effects on Congo red, about 95% decolorization rate for 5 mg/L Congo red,80% decolorization rate for 20,35 mg/L Congo red,and about 70% decolorization rate for 50 mg/L Congo red.[Conclusion] The study can provide the reference for the dye waste water treatment.
