Title: Geological Characteristics and Prospecting Marks of Guimeishan Tungsten Deposit
Abstract: Located in the eastern part of Nanling rare non-ferrous metals metallogenic belt, Guimeishan Tungsten Deposit, being an important prospecting region in Southern Jiangxi, enjoys favorable metallogenic geological conditions with diversified mineralization types. This paper studies the regional geological features, mine stratigraphy, structure, ore body characteristics, connection between rock alteration and dikes and tungsten mineralization of Guimeishan Tungsten Deposit based on retrieving the mineralization and prospecting documents combined with the author's tungsten prospecting field work. Ore-controlling factors, prospecting marks of the tungsten deposit are discussed. The analysis of mineralized veins information, output law of blind veins and corresponding favorable mineralized region reveals that the North-east part is the key potential prospecting and reserve-adding region.
