Title: Effect observation of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia. Methods 88 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia admitted into our hospital from January to December 2013 were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different therapeutic methods. The observation group was treated with omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite, while in the control group, only omeprazole was applied. The total effective rate, eradication rate of helicobacter pylori(Hp),recurrence rate, incidence rate of adverse reaction, and symptom score after therapy were compared in the two groups. Results In the observation group, the recurrence rate was greatly lower than that in the control group, the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was obviously higher in comparison with that in the control group(P 0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group and control group was 13.6% and11.4% respectively, but didn't show statistical difference(P0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group and control group was 88.6% and 63.6% respectively with a statistical difference(P0.05).After treatment, symptom score in the two groups both decreased, and symptom score in the observation group was remarkably lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia can obtain a definite clinical effect. It is reliable and safe, and is worthy of expansion in clinic.
