Title: Clinical Analysis of 56 Cases of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure
Abstract: Objective To study and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure. Methods In our hospital from 56 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure treated during 2013 August to 2014 September as the research object, all patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 28 cases in each group, Two groups of patients were treated with different treatment methods. Comparison between two groups of patients with clinical curative effect of patients. Results The clinical treatment effect of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, the average ventilation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, the number of patients with adverse reactions of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure is good, safe and reliable.
