Title: Full Working Conditions Modeling Technique of Truss Multi-section Telescopic Boom Based on ANSYS
Abstract: The 50 m material-spreader boom is taken as the instance to research multi-section telescopic boom truss.The full working conditions modeling of the material-spreader boom is proposed,after discussing the process and characteristics of its parameter modeling under the single condition,and it is successfully realized in the form of APDL command stream and by the modeling assembly techniques.By the node coupled automation program,the assembly relationships on the full working condition are realized quickly.The simulation results show the modeling technique has the characteristics of high efficiency,low cost,good quality,and can provide technical support for the analysis and design of the similar products.
