Title: Soil Physical Properties with Different Soil Types of Tea Garden
Abstract: Based on the field survey analysis, this paper studied the soil physical properties in five soil types(yellow soil, red earth, moisture sandy soil, alpine meadow soil and purple soil) of tea garden in Wuyishan City. The results showed that the soil physical properties in different soil types were significant difference. The soil physical properties of alpine meadow soil were the best. The field capacity, soil moisture, soil porosity and capillary porosity of alpine meadow soil were the largest, whereas the bulk density, soil solid and gas were the lowest. The alpine meadow soil was made up of sandy clay loam. The yellow soil and red earth were silty clay. The moisture sandy soil and purple soil were silty loam, and their field capacity, soil moisture and capillary porosity were significantly lower than other soil types. There were significant or extremely significant correlation among field capacity, soil moisture, bulk density, soil porosity and capillary porosity(P0.05,P0.01). There were significant correlations among sand, silt and clay. The sand and silt were significantly or most significantly correlated with field capacity, soil moisture, soil gas, capillary porosity and non-capillary porosity. The soil clay had only significant correlation with capillary porosity and non-capillary porosity(P0.05), but had no significant correlation with other soil physical properties(P0.05).
