Title: The Study of the Influence of Sports Exercise on College Students Mental Health
Abstract: By using the method of questionnaire and document and experimental research condition of 2002 unin students from Shangqiu Normal College,in order to research the influence of different sports exercise college students depression, anxiety and the level of body -esteem. The result shows that volleyball badminton jogging and calisthenics can effectively adjust the depression,anxiety and the level of body-esteem of college students.
