Abstract:The displacement equation of pile and soil based on the elastic theory was improved to be more reasonable and accurate.Based on the improved equation,a program was written to analyze joint-action indu...The displacement equation of pile and soil based on the elastic theory was improved to be more reasonable and accurate.Based on the improved equation,a program was written to analyze joint-action induced deformation feature of low-cap group piles using digital visual Fortran software platform language.The influences on load-settlement curve of low-cap group piles which was exerted by pile diameter,pile length,pile spacing and coefficient of subgrade reaction were analyzed.The results show that load-settlement curve of low-cap group piles has unhurried changing characteristics,the pile bearing capacity and settlement are larger than those of the single pile.With the increase of the pile diameter,the pile length and the coefficient of subgrade reaction,the bearing capacity and settlement of group pile and single pile increase.As the pile number increases,the bearing capacity and settlement of group pile and single pile increase.In the condition of the same load of group pile,the settlement of group pile which has more piles is smaller.In the condition of the same load of single pile,there appears the opposite result.Read More
