Title: Analysis of the Development of State-owned Special Trade Companies after the Transitional Period of WTO Entry
Abstract: When the transitional period after China's entrance into WTO ends and the right of operating international trade releases, those companies which used to supply goods and materials to state-owned special trade companies obtain the right to operate international trade. Thus, the state-owned special trade companies face the risks of losing supply of goods and customers. Therefore, many special trade companies turn into industrialized ones. This paper discusses this issue based on relevant economic theories and puts forward opinions on the development of those state-owned special trade companies.
