Title: The sustainable development of migrant workers in the urbanization process of China
Abstract: The factors preventing the development of migrant workers are low,reductive and delaying wages,heavy work tasks,poor working and living conditions,unavailable public facilities and services.Accordingly,the migrant workers' competence and social security policy should be improved,the labor market and labor union should be regulated,the weaknesses of dual household registration policy should be eliminated and the legal interests of migrant workers should be protected in order to promote the sustainable development of migrant workers.
