Title: Clinical care of spinal cord injury complications
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical care of spinal cord injury complications. Methods 36 cases with spinal cord injury in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected, summarized and analyzed the common complications of spinal cord injury, made the appropriate care methods. Results Through a targeted care, spinal cord injury inpatient complications such as lung infections, urinary tract infections, constipation, pressure sores, pain, body temperature dysregulation, deep vein thrombosis can be effectively improved and controlled. Conclusion Enhance the care of patients with spinal cord injury can not only control the development of a variety of complications, and can also improve the quality of care, and to shorten the patient's hospital stay.
