Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous quantification of quercetin and sorhamnetin in Folium Ginkgo.Methods: The samples are separated on a DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column...Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous quantification of quercetin and sorhamnetin in Folium Ginkgo.Methods: The samples are separated on a DiamonsilTMC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) column with gradient elution and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 1% acetic acid.The flow rate is 0.9 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength is set at 365 nm.Results: Two active constituents are separated with good resolution(R1.5).The calibration curves exhibit excellent linear behavior(r=0.9998).The reproducibility of the method is determined by repeated injection experiments.The recovery of the method is determined with the standard addition method,with results of 98.9 % for quercetin and 98.7 % for sorhamnetin.The relative standard deviations(RSD) are 1.6% and 0.7%.Read More
