METHODS: Ninty patients with unstable angina pictoris were divided into two groups. Group dilitiazem of 42 patients (M 30, F 12; age 65 a±11 a) was given diltiazem injection 50 mg(added in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL) iv, gtt, qd×7 d. Group isosorbide dinitrate of 48 patients (M 35, F 13; age 68 a±9 a) was given isosorbide dinitrate injection 20 mg(added in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 mL) iv, gtt, qd×7 d. RESULTS: In group diltiazem, the total effective raties were 81% and 74%. In group isosorbide dinitrate the total effective rates were 74% and 65%. In both groups, the later rate was shown by electrocardiophy and there was no differenece. In group diltiazem, the effective rate was better than that in group isosorbide dinitrate. By 2 mo following up, nearly the same cardiovescular accidence occured in both groups. CONCLUSION: There is nearly the same therapy effectiveness both in group isosorbide dinitrate and group diltiazem, and it is more effective in patients suffered from spontaneous angina pectoris by using diltiazem.Read More
