Title: Study on factors affecting the strength of self-compacting reactive powder concrete
Abstract: Based on the dense-packing theory,the basic mix proportion was attained by orthogonal experiment.Then influence of q value,replacement rate of fly ash to silica fume,type of cement and fly ash,type and quantity of superplasticizer and steel fiber on the fluidity,compressive strength and flexural strength of self-compacting reactive powder concrete were researched. The test results show that q value,type and quantity of superplasticizer and steel fiber are key factors affecting the strength. When q value is 0.25,the dosage of polycarboxylic superplasticizer KS-JS50 is 2.1% of the cementing material mass and volume amount of steel fibre A is 3%,self-compacting reactive powder concrete can be obtained with slump constant over 255 mm,compressive and flexural strength exceed 190 MPa and 50 MPa respectively under standard curing for 28 d.
