Title: A Survey on the Study of International Law in the Late Qing Dynasty
Abstract: The research on the international law in the late Qing dynasty is a burgeoning research area which develops in recent 20 years.The study focuses on the subjects such as the time of the international law introduced to China,the translation of the international law by Lin Zexu and Ding Weiliang,the cognition and attitude on the international law of intelligentsia in the late Qing dynasty,the influence of the international law on diplomacy in the late Qing dynasty and so on,all of which had obtained academic achievements in this territory.However it is necessary to strengthen and deepen the research on the material and theory.
