Title: Effects of Hyperprolactinemia on Result of in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Tranfer
Abstract: Objective To study the effects of hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) on result of in vitro fertilization and embryo tranfer (IVF ET) Methods 50 cases with tubal factor infertility and 58 cases with HPRL were included The numbers of harvested oocytes, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, thickness of endometrium, implantation rate, and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups Results The numbers of harvested oocytes, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, thickness of endometrium, implantation rate, and pregnancy rate showed no significent difference Conclusion Our results suggest that women with HPRL have a similar result of IVF ET compared with those without
