Title: Influnce of heart-rate to imaging quality of coronary artery imaging examination with dual-source CT
Abstract: Objective to explore the influence of heart-rate to imaging quality of coronary artery imaging examination with dual-source CT.Methods 230 cases with suspected coronary artery disease were divided into four-groups based on heart-rate and undergone coronary artery imaging examination with dual-source CT,select the best-phase in cardiac cycle and reconstructed the database based to enhanced scanning with dual-source CT.after that, the imaging would be rebuilt again in style MPR,MIP or VRT.At last, quality of these imaging would be evaluated according to Standard of coronary artery section.Influence of different heart-rate to imaging quality was also explored. Results ① There was no significant difference between(≤60 group and 61-80 group,so was between 61-80 group and 81-99 group,81-99 group and ≥100 group,(Z is separately-0.597,-1.656,-1.627,P is separately 0.551,0.098,0.104);there was significant difference between ≤60 group and ≥100 group,(Z is-2.94,P is 0.003).② four groups imaging quality all reached successful rate above 97.5%,better and best imaging occupied above 90%,imagings which could not been evaluated occupied less than 2.33%.③ The best phase' selecting in low heart-rate group is more in diastolic phase(65%~85%) than in other phase. In middle heart-rate groups, the best phase is mostly in diastolic phase(65%~85%),partly in systolic phase(30%~50%) and diastolic phase, the best phase of high heart-rate group is mostly in systolic phase(40%~50%).Conclusions Through the selecting of best phase, coronary artery imaging of different heart-rate groups with dual-source CT all arrived satisfied imaging quality.Heart-rate is not a key influence factor in coronary artery imaging examination with dual-source CT.
