Title: Discussion on the influence factors on hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease and depressive disorder
Abstract: Objective To investigate the factors of influence on hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease and depressive disorder.Methods Four hundred patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2011 to December 2012 were analyzed in cardiovascular department,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) was performed on all patients for evaluation of depression degree.we counted the relationship between the depressive degree and venereal disease,investigated and analyzed the patients’ data,summaried the influencing factor of patients with coronary heart disease and depressive disorder.The depressive patients were defined as experimental group,the same number patients of non-depressed disease as control group,we investigated two groups’ dysfunctional attitude score and made cognitive evaluation.Results In 400 patients,non-depressive disorder patients,335 cases;depressive disorder patients,65 cases,which accounts for 16.25% in the total cases.In 65 cases of depression patients,23 cases with mild depression,35 cases with moderate depression,7 cases with severe depression.The P of gender comparative incidence in degree of depression(P 0.05).Analyzed on 65 cases of coronary heart disease,the influencing factors of depressive disorder in patients with coronary heart disease summed as personal factors,economic factors,factors of chronic disease,sudden events,bad habits factors.The P of comparison between experimental group and the control group in dys functional attitudes scores(P 0.05),it had obvious statistical significance.Conclusion There are many factors which influence on the coronary heart disease patients with depression,in which gender is one obvious factors,the other factors include personal factors,economic factors,factors of chronic disease,sudden events and bad habits factors.The self ~ cognitive evaluation in patients with coronary heart disease is also Important factors which influence depressive degree.
