Title: Phytoplankton Invesgatition and Water Quality Evaluation in Hailang River
Abstract: To study the relationship among Leptomitus Agardh ,environment and aquatic organism in Hailang River, tributaries of Mudanjiang River where Leptomitus Agardh multiply massively in the spring of 2006, It’s very important to develop research in environment and ecological monitoring. An investigation was carried out from July 14 to 15,2009. Sampling site was setted from Douyin river(which is the tributaries of Hailang river and also the source of Leptomitus Agardh multiply massively) to the Mudanjiang River entrance ,about 20km length area,to get biomass and aboudance information of phyto plankton .At the same time, physical and chemical informatiowas getted. Base on dominance、abundance and biomass of phytoplankton、pollution-indicating grade and Water Quality Standards (GB 3832-2002) ,a comprehensive assessment is used to evaluate the nutritional status of the Hailang River in the summer. Results showed that: (1)Phytoplankton diversity of the Hailang River in the summer are 113 taxa,of which Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta accounted for most of the ratio were 46.49% and 38.60%; biomass of different sampling sites were from 0.62 mg·L-1 to 5.84 mg·L-1,and abundance at 6.4 × 105~22.09 × 105ind·L-1. (3) Dominant species are completely from Bacillariophyta.they are Navicula exigua、Ceratoneis. arus var.linearis、Cymbella cistula and so on.(4) pollution-indicating species are detected 63 taxa,of which β-mstypeswithmost,accountingfor21species,intheproporationof 33.33%. (5)Nutritionalstatuswerelargelyportionofnutrient levels and less portion of eutrophication, of which the source of Leptomitus Agardh multiplied massively were highly eutrophication. Water Quality is Grade Ⅲ by the standards of GB 3832-2002.
