Title: The Transformation and Development of "Agenda Setting" Theory under the New Media Environment
Abstract: The new media represented by the Internet and mobile phones is a profound impact on the mass media. It not only makes the main body of communication,communication content,communication way to change,but also gives the classical theory of communication,which has brought the crisis and challenges. In view of this,this article takes the agenda setting theory as the fulcrum,discusses the change of the agenda setting theory under the new media environment. It puts forward that the theory can better promote the healthy and sustainable development of the mass media industry only in the traditional media and new media.
