Title: Clinical Study of Large Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated by Mini-invasive Puncture and Clearance
Abstract: [Objective]To compare the effects of treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by mini-invasive puncture and clearance with conventional small hole craniotomy.[Methods]From July, 2003 to September, 2005, sixty-five patients with 80~120 ml of hematoma determined by cranial CT were randomly enrolled into mini-invasive puncture group (n=34) and conventional craniotomy group(n=31) . The efficacy was assessed by CNFD ( clinical neurological functional defect ) scores and mortality.[Results]The effective rate and excellent rate of puncture group were remarkably surpassed craniotomy group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05), the mortality rate of puncture group was lower than craniotomy group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05). [Conclusion] The intracranial hematoma treated by mini-invasive puncture can remarkably improve effective rate , reduce disable rate and mortality and improve the survival quality.
