Title: A Case Contrasting Analysis on Personnel Training System for Undergraduates Majoring in Information Management and Information System
Abstract: By using the case contrasting analysis approach, this paper probes into the differences between Tsinghua University and Hefei University of Technology in personnel training system for undergraduates majoring in information management and information system, and points out that the domestic universities need to make further efforts in aspects of the experiment processing design, internship training institution, curriculum renewing mechanism, teaching staff construction, academic level, global vision, international exchange, and the connection with enterprises, etc., and should strengthen the innovation of people-based training system and the construction of educational resources, further explore the management mechanism for a major's construction, pay the attention to the development trends of information technology,and layout in advance in order to promote the perfection and development of the personnel training system for undergraduates majoring in information management and information system.
