Eighty bands showed polymorphism among the 173 amplified bands. The percentage of polymorphism was 46.24%. The unique 400 bp missing band with E13 primer in cultivar 'Chunyu' could be used as fingerprint for the protection of its intellectual property. All theh accessions used in this study could be identified based on the DNA fingerprints obtained.
