Abstract: This assay involves the vocabulary acquisition of the second language in the long run.The aim of learner’s acquisition of the target language would have an impact on the negative transfer of the thought of mother tongue.Good teaching methodology enables learners to overcome effectively the disturbance from target language to parent language by comparing the differences of the grammatical structure of the two languages and a special difficulty for the pedagogy for Japanese as the second language.Thus,it should be an significant subject in the Japanese language teaching by strengthening the grammatical practice of the Chinese language to the second language learner in point of view of grammar,syntax and semantics in terms of alleviate the dependency on the process of thought of native language.
