Title: Application effect comparison of composite skin grafting and skin soft tis-sue expansion technique in treatment of burn plastic
Abstract: Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of composite skin grafting and skin soft tissue expansion technique in the treatment of burn plastic. Methods 100 cases of burned patients, who were treated in Chengdu Second People's Hospital from January 2011 to January 2013, were randomly divided into 2 groups, observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases. Patients of control group were given composite skin graft treatment, patients of observation group were given skin soft tissue expansion treatment. After treatment, the clinical therapy effect of 2 groups were respectively evaluated. At the same time, the wound skin blood supply, recovery time, wound healing time and the incidence of postoperative complications of the 2 groups patients were observed and counted. Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group patients was 96%(48/50), higher than that of control group [76%(38/50)], the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01). The average time of wound healing, and wound skin blood supply recovery time of observation group [(12.6±3.2),(18.4±4.2) d] were lower than those of the control group [(16.4±4.4),(23.5±5.2) d], the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). The total incidence rate of postoperative complications of the observation group patients(10%) was lower than that of the control group(20%), the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of skin soft tissue dilatation is better than that of composite skin transplantation in the treatment of burns plastic, it can effectively promote the patient's skin wound healing and skin wound blood supply recovery, and has less postoperative complications, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
