Based on the gray relational analysis method, the relative changes between the corrosion behaviors of zinc protective layer material in the actual atmospheric environment and the indoor-accelerated environment were examined. Results showed that the corrosion rate of indoor-accelerated corrosion tests had correlated with that of the outdoor atmospheric environment corrosion tests, and the value of the correlative degree was about 0. 6 based on gray relational analysis method. The indoor-accelerated corrosion tests had better correlation with the corrosion tests of petrochemical chemical atmospheric environment, which meant that the indoor-accelerated tests could be used to predict the corrosion behavior of two zinc coatings in the outdoor atmospheric environment.Read More
