Title: Elementary study on influence of structural stress parameters on radiation noise of double cylindrical shell
Abstract: This paper studies the influence of structural stress parameters on the noise radiation of a stiffened cylindrical shell with different rib numbers.Models of cylindrical shells with different structural parameters were built with the software ANSYS,and the coupled vibration responses of these models under excitation were calculated.Then,using the displacements of structural surfaces obtained from calculations as BEM boundary conditions,we found the different kinds of acoustic physical parameters by means of the SYSNOISE software package.Distribution rules of acoustic parameters of structural vibrations in various working cases were obtained.The relationships between the structural stress parameters,vortex-induced vibrations,and sound radiation were derived,thereby providing a significant means to control the vibration and sound radiation of submarines.
