[Methods] Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. WHONET 5 was applied to analyze the drug resistance. [Results] 1167 strains of coagulase negative Staphylococcus were mainly collected from blood (37.7%), secretions (26.0%), urine (12.6%) and abscesses (10.4%) during the past 5 years. The detection rate of MRCNS in coagulase negative Staphylococcus was high than 80.0% in the recent 5 years. Susceptibility test showed that coagulase negative Staphylococcus was multiple resistant. The antimicrobial resistance of coagulase negative Staphylococcus has increased in recent 5 years. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen monitoring on the antimicrobial resistance to coagulase negative Staphylococcus. The change of the antimicrobial resistance should be investigated in order to direct rational drug utilization in clinic and prevent the transmission of drug-resistant bacterial.Read More
